The Park Expo provides an onsite event sales manager to help you outline your needs and provide preliminary support in the beginning to make your event an unforgettable experience. Our onsite event sales manager walks you through the process and provides creative solutions to make your event an unforgettable experience.  We offer a number of services and work with preferred vendors to provide you with turn-key, full service options to meet your needs.

Basic Benefits to Consider When Planning your Event:

When renting an exhibit space at The Park Expo and Conference Center, the benefits you receive with your rental license include:

    • House lights and appropriate HVAC during event hours.
    • Designated show office in Liberty and Independence Halls.
    • Janitorial services in aisles (non-carpeted), open spaces and restrooms each morning during your event.
    • Display of your event information on the Marquee.
    • Paging microphone in Liberty, Independence and Freedom Halls.
    • Staff parking passes.

Your event package does not include some services which must be ordered at the time you contract with The Park Expo.  These services include, but are not limited to, tables/chairs, electricity, water, security, WIFI and Internet services, parking, fire inspection, first aid, and event staff.  Please request these services from our Administrator [704.347.8793] so that we can help you understand your options.
